Role Objective: We are seeking a talented visual designer to join our team and oversee all design and layout requirements for our performing arts brand's social media channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design, branding, and social media management

Responsibilities:

• Design and create engaging visual content that aligns with the organisation’s brand identity and marketing objectives for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
• Collaborate with the social media manager and content creators to develop a cohesive and consistent visual brand identity
• Create graphics, illustrations, and other visual assets for use across all social media channels
• Ensure all visual content is on-brand and meets the standards of our performing arts company
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and social media best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
• Proven experience in graphic design and social media management
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience creating visual content for social media

Role: Event Manager

Role Objective: We are seeking an experienced event manager to join our team and oversee our student events and brand promotions. The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning and promotion for performing arts organisations and a passion for the arts and education.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute student events, including recitals, showcases, and performances
• Develop and implement brand promotion strategies to increase awareness of our academy and programs
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure events and promotions align with our brand and messaging
• Coordinate with schools and community organizations to schedule and promote events
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management
• Analyse event metrics and provide regular reports to academy leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in event planning and promotion for performing arts organizations
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills

Role: Celebrity Social Media Manager

Role Objective: We are looking for a social media manager to join our team and help us take our influencer’s social media presence to the next level. The ideal candidate will have experience managing the social media accounts of high-profile individuals or brands. The role involves:

• Developing and executing social media strategies to increase engagement and reach, and promote our clients and their brand to a wider audience.
• Managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to comments and messages
• Collaborating with clients to create content that aligns with their brand and messaging
• Monitoring social media trends and staying up-to-date on best practices and emerging platforms
• Analysing social media metrics and providing regular reports to clients

Responsibilities:

• Artist/Celebrity Management
  • Managing show bookings (domestic and global) - inbound and outbound
  • Coordinate other endorsements/events
  • Collaborate with our clients' agents, publicists, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency
  • Work closely with our clients to develop and implement influencer partnerships and collaborations
• Develop and implement brand promotion strategies to increase awareness of our academy and programs
  • Create a content strategy across streaming and social media platforms
  • Sort archival content and plan release strategy, including monetisation
  • Plan future recordings, releases
  • Brand management and growth including Social Media presence, engagement and growth
  • Scope and apply for relevant awards
  • Work with the agency to ensure maximum/optimal PR coverage
  • Create compelling social media content, including graphics, videos, and copy, that engages followers and increases brand awareness
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts, including daily posting, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring analytics
  • Identify trends and insights in social media data, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize performance
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for high-profile individuals or brands. Experience with Music professionals would be preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities for Music Instructor

• Teach music theory and practical techniques based on the Vilmax curriculum
• Use appropriate teaching materials and resources
• Motivate pupils and encourage progress
• Communicate with academic staff and parents
• Assess pupils' abilities, and provide feedback
• Teaching general styles of music (in school music classes)
• Planning and implementing Vilmax's program of instruction and lesson plans
• Preparing students for planned student showcases and school concerts
• Addressing parents’ and students’ concerns
• Inspiring and motivating students to excel in their field of choice
• Building relationships and mentoring students.

Qualifications for Music Instructor :

• Formal training in music
• Demonstrable knowledge of music and ability to implement Vilmax's curriculum
• Ability to interact collaboratively with students, parents, and administration
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident in leading a classroom of students
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to thrive working in a team environment
• License to teach as an academic
